The hotel is ideally located in beautiful Nelson's Bay, right across from the Marina. The rooms offer a great view and come with good facilities, but the pricing could be more competitive. The service is excellent, with the staff always happy to accommodate any request. The dining options are satisfactory, and the facilities are well-maintained.

The hotel had recently refurbished rooms with a great bathroom and kitchenette, though the sofa was not big enough for my teenagers. The staff were super friendly and always happy to accommodate any request. The location, on the hill leading into Nelson Bay, was close to all the main attractions and different in the Port Stephens area. The dining options were varied and included on-site. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement.

The service was outstanding, with super friendly staff catering to every need. I found the location very convenient, being close to everything in Nelson Bay. The onsite dining at the Cafe was a delightful experience. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
